Ingredients
- 1 bundle of asparagus
- 1 bundle of broccolini
- 2 salmon filets (6oz)
- 2 lemons
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- avocado oil spray
- aluminium foil
- baking sheet
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables. Rinse. Dry. Stem the asparagus and broccolini.
- Slice butter. Slice lemon.
- Preheat the over to 400 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with foil and coat with avocado oil spray.
- Place vegetables on sheet. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. All to taste.
- Tear 12 inch foil sheets, and coat with avocado oil spray.
- Place salmon in the center of the foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with two pats of butter and two lemon slices.
- Fold over foil and twist ends so that no juices can leak out!
- Move vegetables to oven and place foil packets directly on oven rack.
- Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
- When salmon is done, it should flake easily.
