Easy Salmon Foil Packets & Green Trees

  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 1 bundle of broccolini
  • 2 salmon filets (6oz)
  • 2 lemons
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • onion powder (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • avocado oil spray
  • aluminium foil
  • baking sheet
  1. Prepare the vegetables. Rinse. Dry. Stem the asparagus and broccolini.
  2. Slice butter. Slice lemon.
  3. Preheat the over to 400 degrees F.
  4. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with avocado oil spray.
  5. Place vegetables on sheet. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. All to taste.
  6. Tear 12 inch foil sheets, and coat with avocado oil spray.
  7. Place salmon in the center of the foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with two pats of butter and two lemon slices.
  8. Fold over foil and twist ends so that no juices can leak out!
  9. Move vegetables to oven and place foil packets directly on oven rack.
  10. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
  11. When salmon is done, it should flake easily.
